05 · FAQ

Questions people ask before paying

Do Filipinos need a visa for a 5-day Vietnam trip?

Under the current official exemption list, ordinary Philippine passports can stay visa-free for up to 21 days, subject to entry conditions.

What if I stay longer than 21 days?

Check the correct visa option before travel; do not assume the visa-free period can simply be extended on arrival.

Does this also cover Phu Quoc?

Phu Quoc has an additional special visa policy for eligible foreign passport holders, but most Filipino leisure trips are already within the ordinary 21-day exemption.

Where should I verify the rule?

Use an official Vietnam Ministry of Foreign Affairs or Vietnamese embassy source before departure.
